Broad Sword is launching on the 21st!

At long last Broad Sword is almost here! The game is releasing this Friday at 5PM Pacific time. The game's price is $11.99 with a 20% launch discount so make sure to pick it up in the launch window to save some money. In anticipation of the release we're taking a look at the campaign mode of the game and the factions not playable in the demo.
Campaign Mode
The campaign takes place on the hex grid where you control territories that generate supplies and grant access to unit types beyond to core 3 that each faction starts with. On your turn you can redistribute your forces among your controlled tiles and then can send an attack against an adjacent tile to try to capture it.
Once you decide how much manpower to commit, you fight a head to head battle in the attacked tile's map and the winner gains control with their remaining troops. Gain control of the whole map to win the campaign!
Factions
The full release features 3 more factions that aren't playable in the demo so I'll provide a quick overview of them here:
Dwarves
The dwarves are excellent engineers with improved armor across the whole faction. Their unique units include repeater crossbowmen that can fire an impressive amount of firepower in a quick burst before needing to reload and the fearless tunnel divers which are berserkers that wield firebombs and are tasked with clearing out the most dangerous tunnels in the Dwarven realms.
Elves
Elves are skilled and magically attuned warriors that have a higher base damage than any of the other factions. They also have deadly fire mages that group cast fire spells that damage wide swaths of the battlefield. Their more stealthy counterpart are the Shadow Blades that use blades cursed with a deadly poison and can teleport around the battlefield.
Orcs
Orcs are the most physically imposing faction as their most powerful warriors often take to the battlefield nothing but their bare fists. These brawlers use their weight and strength to tackle and trample their opponents. The smaller and younger orcs often use venomed javelins to hunt down both prey and enemies.
